Smart Seat Belt is a project that attempts to combine usefulness with pleasure while traveling in an urban environment.
In the absence of lugging an external battery, the idea is to combine road safety with technology to better ensure the autonomy of a smartphone. It is a belt that acts as a charger. Designed to equip public transport seats, it allows passengers to power their mobile gadget for a journey. The user can thus recharge up to 2 devices via its USB ports. Finally, on its adjustable band is mounted an aluminum device, equipped with a digital display and LED indicator, indicating the level of recharged battery.
Unfortunately, this intelligent seatbelt has not yet passed the concept stage.
